As the Founder of VTG Business Advisors and President of HedgeStone Commercial Real Estate, Vince has earned a reputation as an innovative leader who combines strategic vision with practical execution to deliver exceptional results for clients nationwide. Since beginning his real estate career in 2003, Vince has participated in more than 400 investment property and business transactions spanning commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, business brokerage, investment properties, and entrepreneurial ventures.

His experience includes commercial and residential development, joint venture partnerships, construction management, business acquisitions, and complex deal structuring. Throughout his career, he has successfully founded and scaled multiple businesses while guiding entrepreneurs through some of the most significant financial decisions of their lives.  Under Vince’s leadership, VTG Business Advisors has evolved into far more than a traditional brokerage.  The organization is built around a collaborative advisory model that empowers business professionals to become trusted consultants, educators, and long-term strategic partners for their clients.
