Miracle is looking for a home


It should not take miracle for Miracle to find a home.  The small dog that was left in a dumpster is up for a adoption.

The 1 year old dog came to everyone’s attention last month when he was thrown into a dumpster behind a West Islip gas station last month.  An Islip animal shelter attendent, Michael Papine has been charged with dumping Miracle.

The shelter is reportedly now screening possible families for Miracle.

In a related story, New York State Senator Phil Boyle is sponsoring a bill aimed at clarifying, modernizing and restructuring New York State animal crime laws.
