Justin Bieber To Reject Plea Deal In Miami DUI Arrest

(Miami, FL) — Justin Bieber is reportedly planning to reject a plea deal offered to him by prosecutors in his Miami DUI case. TMZ says the pop star had been offered a deal given to many first-time offenders, consisting of community service, alcohol education and random drug testing. Apparently the Biebs doesn’t like the sound of having to take drug tests or attending alcohol courses in the public eye, but sources say he might be open to a plea deal with different terms. The site claims Justin’s lawyers are confident with their case in light of information they have about alleged misconduct of the arresting officer.

Meantime, the singer is trying to stay positive by focusing on his music. He’s released a new song on LiveMixtapes.com called “Broken,” featuring rapper Blake Kelly. Justin also had a message for his Twitter followers on Friday, saying “I guess I’m an easy target for some. I’m still human. I will continue to meet hate with love.”
