Big Blue offense has a new leader

The Giants are wasting now time in fixing the offensive woes from 2013.  Big Blue announced that Ben McAdoo, who spent his last eight seasons as an assistant under Mike McCarthy with the Green Bay Packers, would be the new offensive coordinator.  McAdoo replaces Kevin Gilbride, who announced his retirement on Jan. 2.

McAdoo, 36, has been the Packers’ quarterbacks coach the last two seasons, when he tutored one of the NFL’s best at the position in Aaron Rodgers.   Prior to that, he was Green Bay’s tight ends coach for six years.
