JUSTIN BIEBER is about to be served some sweet justice after FINALLY being arrested early this morning. But it wasn’t for egging his neighbor’s house or peeing in a bucket. He was actually popped for drag racing and driving under the influence.
Bieber was racing a yellow Lamborghini against some guy in a red Ferrari down in Miami Beach, Florida. And they’d apparently gotten some other people to use their SUVs to block off a street in a residential neighborhood for that race.
Someone in one of the many SUVs following Justin posted an Instagram video that clearly shows the Lamborhini and Ferrari. But by this point they’re already busted so they aren’t racing. It’s a short clip that ends with whoever’s behind the camera repeatedly saying, “Oh my god, Justin just got pulled over.”
This is Justin’s first arrest. They were doing 60 mph in a 30 mph zone but were caught before anyone got hurt. Both he and the other driver, rapper Crazy Khalil, are facing drunk driving charges after failing a field sobriety test.
For the record, Justin is only 19 so he has no business drinking at all, let alone getting behind a wheel of a car afterwards.
According to “USA Today“, a first offense for drag racing gets up to a year’s suspended license and six months in jail. He might get locked up another six months on the DUI and have to do up to 50 hours of community service. However, it’s pretty much a given that he’ll lose his license. Anyone caught with a DUI if they’re under 21 gets an automatic six-month suspension.
As for what he was on, Bieber eventually admitted to the cops that he’d had a beer, smoked some pot . . . and that he’d also mixed that with some kind of prescription drug. But, punk that he is, he first had to resist arrest by cussing out the arresting officer and refusing to take his hands out of his pockets.
He’ll be cooling his heels in jail for most of the morning because there’s a mandatory 8-hour drying out period after a DUI arrest. That has him stuck behind bars in Miami until at least noon, their time.
He’s being charged with DUI, resisting arrest, and driving with an expired license.
